Please allow for 2-3 business days for Spin Control to process and ship your order.

Holiday/Special Releases/Sales: Please allow us 1-3 additional business days to process these orders. After your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking information.

Shipping/Tracking

Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the package, and are calculated at checkout.

The shipping provider and service that you select during the checkout process determines delivery speed, customer service level, shipping insurance, etc. Please refer to the following shipping provider websites to understand what comes with each shipping service that we offer:

Spin Control knows how important your order is and we provide you with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors as they may have received it by mistake. Speak with family members, roommates, etc. in the event that they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

International Shipping

All International orders (for customers outside of the US & Canada) will be shipped with UPS Worldwide Economy DDU for a flat rate. Orders will be processed and fulfilled as they come in but shipment of International Orders will happen occur once per week. 

Please Note: All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees incurred during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Spin Control will not provide any form of refund or reship the order.

Shipping Carrier Delays

Please be aware that we rely on  the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further details.

In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it please email info@spincontrol.co for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise, as it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to come up with a resolution per individual case.

Spin Control will always do our best to assist you but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Return Policy

Domestic Returns

We are happy to offer a refund on any full-price items returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and include any attached tags. You will need your order number and the email address associated with the order to process a return. 

Please note there is a $5.95 shipping and handling fee for U.S. Residents, and you will be given a prepaid label to print so that you can ship your items back to us

Items bought on sale and limited collaborations are not eligible for return.

If you received free shipping on your original order, the items you return will affect the shipping rate. If your return goes under the free shipping threshold, the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. In this case, the regular shipping rates will be applied to the remaining order amount. The shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Returns

Spin Control is happy to accept return for international customers but is unable to provide prepaid labels for international returns. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and include any attached tags. 

Customers are responsible for shipping their items back to the designated Spin Control facility. Please note that we recommend that you insure your international packages because you are responsible for the items should they be lost or damaged in transit. 

The initial shipping cost paid to Spin Control is not eligible for the refund.

Exchange Policy

Domestic Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchased product for a different size or color, we are happy to help. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging and include any attached tags.

Please note that Spin Control does not cover the shipping fees for exchanges. After you have informed us about the product(s) you would like to exchange, we will collect the shipping fees from you and send you a prepaid label to print so that you can ship your items back to us.

International Exchanges

Spin Control does not offer exchange for International orders. If you want a different size or color, we recommend returning the product and then placing a new order for the item you prefer.

International Returns/Exchanges will incur the applicable shipping charges from your selected carrier. Spin Control is unable to provide prepaid labels for international exchanges or returns. Please note that we recommend that you insure your international packages because you are responsible for the items should they be lost or damaged in transit.
