Holiday/Special Releases/Sales: Please allow us 1-3 additional business days to process these orders. After your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the package, and are calculated at checkout.
The shipping provider and service that you select during the checkout process determines delivery speed, customer service level, shipping insurance, etc. Please refer to the following shipping provider websites to understand what comes with each shipping service that we offer:

Spin Control knows how important your order is and we provide you with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors as they may have received it by mistake. Speak with family members, roommates, etc. in the event that they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
Please Note: All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees incurred during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Spin Control will not provide any form of refund or reship the order.
Shipping Carrier Delays
Please be aware that we rely on the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further details.
In the unfortunate event that your tracking information states your order was delivered but you did not receive it please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. Please note that we are not required to replace your missing merchandise, as it is up to the discretion of our customer support team to come up with a resolution per individual case.
Spin Control will always do our best to assist you but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their Spin Control purchase. That's why we accept returns on any items for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Returns are only accepted on unworn, unused, and unwashed items.
Return shipping for domestic orders is free. Shipping fees for returns on international return orders will not be covered by Spin Control.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Special Releases and Collaborations
Collaborations and special releases cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
